Metcon (3 Rounds for calories)

In teams of 2, complete the following work for as many calories as possible:

I. 9 Minutes to accumulated as many Calories as possible between you and your partner on the Assault Bike. Partner NOT on the AB must complete 10 Burpees & 10 Box Jumps (24″/20″) before switching.

REST 2 MINUTES

II. 9 Minutes to accumulated as many Calories as possible between you and your partner on the Rower. Partner NOT on the Rower must complete 15 Pull Ups & 15 Med Ball Russian Twists (20/14) before switching.

REST 2 MINUTES

III. 9 Minutes to accumulated as many Calories as possible between you and your partner on the Ski Erg. Partner NOT on the Ski Erg must complete 20 Hand Release Push Ups & 20 Plate OH Lunges (45/25) before switching.
