In teams of 2, with only one person working at a time, complete the following for time:
800M Run relay (alt 200M) then immediately followed by…..
20 Rounds (Alternate Full Rounds)
-4 Pull Ups
-8 Push Ups
-12 Sit Ups
-16 Dubs
Immediately followed by 800M relay (alt 200M)
Rest 2 minutes then:
For Max reps, 3 minutes of Burpees.
Write total burpees in notes section.
