Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 32 minutes of:
Partner A: Run 400m
Partner B: AMRAP of the following while partner runs
5 burpee box jump
10 lunges in place with plate overhead (45/25)
15 KBS(53/35)
20 plate ground to overhead (45/25)
25 sit ups
*switch places when partner returns and pick up where your partner left off.
