Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, run through the following for as many rounds as possible in 32 minutes of:
600 Meter Run (300 ea) 100m=1rep
60 Air Squats to Med Ball Target
50 Box Step Ups (24″/20″)
40 Med Ball Squat Cleans (20/14)
500 Meter Row or 30 Cal AB 100m=1rep
60 Push Jerks (75/55)
50 Push Ups
40 Pull Ups
500 Meter Row or 30 Cal AB
60 Two Count Flutter Kicks (120 total)
50 Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14)
40 Knee Ups
90 Second REST then straight into :
2 Rounds of MAX wall sit holds and MAX plank holds for total combined time. (Round 1 Partner A will wall sit while Partner B planks holds. Round 2 Partner A will Plank hold while Partner B wall sits.) Score is total combined time. Put time in comments section.
*Split reps evenly.
**Only one person working at a time.
***Must alternate Row and AB throughout metcon.
