Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, complete the following movements for as many rounds and reps in 35 minutes of:

60 Synchro Air Squats

50 Sit-Ups w/ Plate (45/35lb)

40 Burpees to Plate

60 OH Walking Lunges (45/35lb)

50 Push-Ups

400m Run Together

– Squats and runs must be done with partner

-All other movements can be split whichever way you like
