In teams of 2, complete the following. Split reps evenly and only one athlete working at a time:

Buy in: 150 Air Squats

Then AMRAP of:

50 DB Snatch (50/35)

40 Wall Balls (20/14)

30 DB Thrusters (50/35)(1Bell)

20 DB Push Press (50/35)

10 Burpees over the DB

Cash Out: Between the two athletes, complete 1600 meters total of running. Split as needed.
