Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, complete the following for as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes:

300M Run Together

3 Rounds of Cindy Each (6 Total)

20 Burpees

30 Cal AB (Partner Hold Rig Hang)

3 Rounds of Cindy Each (6 Total)

20 Burpees

*Excluding run, only one partner working at a time.

**Split all work evenly.

***While Partner A is on the AB, Partner B is holding a rig hang. If Partner B drops from the rig, Partner A must stop accumulating calories on the AB until Partner B hangs from rig again.
