In teams of 2, work through the following for time. Split reps however you desire:

750/600M Row or 45/36 Cals AB

75 Wall Balls (20/14)

75 Box Jumps (24/20)

45 Sit Ups

45 Single Arm DB Thrusters (50/35)

45 Pull Ups

75 DB Front Rack Lunges (50/35)

75 SA DB Deadlifts (50/35)

750/600M Row or 45/36 Cal AB

If you start on the Row at the beginning, you must end on the AB. If you start on the AB, you must finish on the rower.
