5 Synchronized Burpees

200m Run (100m each)

5 Synchronized Burpees

20 Power Clean (95/65)

5 Synchronized Burpees

20 Toes to Bar

5 Synchronized Burpees

*split reps evenly

*burpees are done together

*run counts as 20 reps
