100 KBS (53/35)

10/8 Cal AB or Ski Each

100 Wall Balls (20/14)

600M Row (150’s)

100 KB Deadlift (1bell)

10/8 Cal AB or Ski

*Only one person working at a time. Split reps evenly. Must alternate AB and Ski. Can start anywhere. Get it done!!!
