250 Double Unders

200 Body Weight lunges

150 Abmat Sit Ups

100 Alt DB Snatches

75 T2B

50 DB Thursters (1-bell)

*Each team must accumulate 100 Calorie on the Row during Wod.

*One person working at a time.

*Split work as needed.
