Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, split the following work evenly to achieve as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes:
400 Meter Run
40 OH Plate Lunge in place (45/35)
30 Atomic Sit Ups (45/35)
20 Burpees to Plate
10 Wall Walks
At the end of 30 minutes, Rest 2 minutes and then complete 20 cals on EACH of the following equipment AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. Can perform in any order and write your time in the comments section:
-Assault Bike
-Rower
-Ski Erg
