Sit Ups

Burpees

Wall Balls (20/14)

Lunges in place

Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35)

Hanging Knee Raises

KB Goblet Squats (53/35)

*Each person must perform a minimum of 25 reps of each movement. After that, you can break up reps anyway you like.
