1 Minute of Burpees

1 Minute of Wall Balls (20/14)

1 Minute of Deadlifts (95/65)

1 Minute of Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14)

1 Minute of Sandbag over the Shoulder(100/50)

1 Minute of Clean & Jerks (95/65)

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

*Only 1 person working at a time.

*Teams can split reps however they choose.
