In teams of 2, complete the following work for time. Split reps evenly:
Buy in: Complete a 600m run/jog/walk with your partner while EACH member carries a KB (53/35). One team member must have the KB in an over head position while the other team member hold it in the farmer carry position. The team can not advance unless the KB’s are in the described positions.
