Partner Workout

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 34 minutes of:

400 Meter Medball(20/14) Run (together)

40 Hand Release Push Ups while other partner holds plank position

40 OH Lunges w/Plate (45/35) while other partner performs wall sit.

40 Ab mat sit ups while partner hangs from rig.

40 Plate G2O (45/35) while other partner holds plate overhead.

40 Squats while bear hug plate (45/35) while other partner holds hollow position.

*Split reps evenly

*Partner performing reps must stop when other partner stops holding position.
