In teams of 2, complete the following 30 minute AMRAP:

20Cal Row / AB (Must Alternate ea Rd)

15 KBS Each (53/35)

10 One Arm KB Thrusters Each (53/35)

5 Burpee Pull Ups Each

1 – 100M Sprint Each

*One person working at a time

*Each partner must complete all reps of a movement before moving onto next movement.
