“1000” (Time)
In teams of 2, accumulate 1000 reps any way you like using the following movements. One person working at a time:
Double unders (200 rep cap)
KBS(53/35)
Sit Ups
Burpees
Wall Balls (20/14)
Lunges in Place
Plate G2O (45/35)
Hanging Knee Raises
KB Goblet Squats (53/35)
*Each person must perform a minimum of 25 reps of each movement. After that, you can break up reps anyway you like.
