In teams of 2, complete the following 34 minute AMRAP:

30 OH Lunge in Place w/ Plate (45/35)

12/10/6 Cal AB or Row Each

30 Burpee Box Step Overs (20″)

12/10/6 Cal AB or Row Each

30 Wall Balls (20/14)

12/10/6 Cal AB or Row Each

30 Ab Mat Sit Ups

RX+: BBJO (24″/20″) and T2B

*Team must alternate between AB and Row as you run through AMRAP.

**Team must split work evenly.
