Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, run through the following for as many rounds and reps in 34 minutes:

1000M row or 800M Run

50 Front Squats (75/55)

40 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

30 Lunges in place Plate OH (45/35)

1000M Row or 800M Run

30 Burpees over Barbell

40 Atomic Sit Ups (45/35)

50 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35)

* One athlete works at a time.

*Split work as desired

*Must alternate Row/Run. If you start WOD with Row, you must run at the next Row/Run opportunity and vice versa.
