In teams of 2, complete the following:
800 Meter Run Buy-In Together
Then 26 minute AMRAP of:
4 Burpees
8 Sit Ups
16 Lunges in Place
24 Air Squats to Target
32 Mountain Climbers
800 Meter Run Cash-Out Together
*Score is Total rounds and reps of AMRAP.
*During AMRAP, partners will synchronize all work to be performed.
