Saturday Partner Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, complete as may rounds and reps as possible in 32 minutes:
Partner A: Run 300 Meters
Partner B: AMRAP of the following:
10 Wall Balls (20/14)
15 Hand Release Push ups
20 Sit Ups
30 Dubs
*Continue to switch places until time expires.
*Partner A will pick up where Partner B left off.
*When partners switch places, BOTH partners must do 5 Burpees and then continue.
