60 Lunges in place
20 Burpee Pull Ups
300M Row each
30 Atomic Sit Ups (45/25)
400M Run Together
40 Air Squats Bear Hug Plate(45/25)
500M AB (24 cals)
50 Push Ups
*One athlete working at a time. Split work evenly.
