In teams of 2, complete the following:

28 minute AMRAP of:

10 – 100 Meter Sprints (5ea)

60 DB Thursters (1 Bell – 50/35)

30 Renegade Rows (1-Bell – 50/35)

60 Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14)

30 Burpees

3 Minute Rest then:

Max Wall Balls in 6 minutes

*Split work evenly in AMRAP

*Obtain Max Wall Balls using any strategy
