B: Romanian Deadlift (3-3-3)
Custom Metcon
B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)
On a 5 minute running clock (3 sets), complete the following for time:
20 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
20 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
20 Toes to Bar
*Athletes will complete the sequence a total of 3 times and rest the time remaining in the 5 minute window.
