Weightlifting

A: Warm-up Option (No Measure)

Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.

B: Sumo Deadlift High Pull (3-3-3)

C: Tabata (4 Rounds for reps)

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.
Score is the LOWEST rep count in the set of 8 for each movement.

Ex. If an athlete completes the following in the pull up section 6,7,8,8,7,8,7,5 their score for Pull Ups is ‘5’
