B: “Pick your Poison”

Choose a lift or gymnastic movement you need to (or want to) work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique.

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Every minute on the minute for 16 minutes (4 sets), complete the following;

Minute 1 – 12/10 Ski

Minute 2 – 15 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

Minute 3 – 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Minute 4 – 5 Shuttle Runs (25′)
