C: Metcon (6 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes, for 18 Minutes (6 sets), complete the following for time:

12 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35 lb)

8 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)

6 Burpees over DB

*Score will be 6 sets of times to completion of the 26 reps

* Goal is 1:1 work to rest ratio
