Weightlifting
B: Deadlift (5-5-5)
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
4 Push Jerk (135/95 lbs)
6 Hang Power Clean
8 Deadlifts
10 Calorie Assault Bike / Ski Erg
Athletes may start on either the bike or the ski. They will then alternate implements through the AMRAP
