Strict press starting in the front rack position. Sit in an unsupported position, no chair backing, i.e. on a bench

Every minute on the minute, for 16 minutes (4 sets), complete the following for rounds:

Minute 1 – 12 Seated Strict Press (75/55 lbs)

Minute 2 – 12 Bar Over Burpees

Minute 3 – 3 Wall Walk

Minute 4 – 30 second plank
