B: Back Squat (4-4-2-2)
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
Every Minute on the minute, for 16 minutes, complete the following:
Even Minutes – 10 Plate Ground To Overhead (35/25 lb) + 5 Push Ups
Odd Minutes – 200M Run
*This workout can be conducted outdoors. There will be a 10 Burpee penalty for dropping the plate from overhead.
