3 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65 lbs)

6 Pull Ups

6 KB Swings

6 Shoulder to Overhead

9 Pull Ups

9 KB Swings

9 Shoulder to Overhead

….Continue to add 3 reps per round until time expires

B: Shoulder to Overhead (5-5-5)

This may be a Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, or Split Jerk
