Every Minute on the minute, for 16 minutes (4 sets), complete the following for rounds:
Minute 1 – 11/9 Calorie Assault Bike
Minute 2 – 12 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35 lbs)
Minute 3 – 12 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
Minute 4 – 10 Goat Reps*
Pick your very worst movement and complete it for 10 reps or 30 seconds.
