For time, complete 8 80-yard shuttle sprints. Rest precisely 90 seconds between efforts.
For each sprint, run 10 yards out, 10 back, 20 yards out, 20 back, 10 yard out, and 10 back.
Post best and worst times for combined score.
Weightlifting
C: Power Clean (3-3-3)
*Rest 4 minutes after the completion of Section B, you then have 13 minutes to establish a 3-rep max power clean.
