Complete as many rounds and reps in 3 minutes of:
6 Toes to Bar
9 Hang Power Snatch (75/55 lbs)
12 Abmat Situps
*Rest 1 minute and complete the AMRAP a total of 3 times
*Pick up where you left off for each of the three remaining AMRAPS for one score of rounds and reps.
*For the situps, both palms of the hand must lay flat on the floor in front of the feet at the top of the rep
