Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete as many burpees as possible in 10 minutes while performing rounds of:

10 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)

15 Push Jerks (95/65 lbs)

30 seconds of Burpees to 6″ target.

Score is total Burpees and athlete can only accumulate them during the 30 second window.
