Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 11 minutes of:
44 Single Unders*
22 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35 lbs)
11 Single DB Box Step Overs (50/35 lbs & 24/20 in)
* These MUST be unbroken. If you trip in your set of 44, you must start over.
