10/8 Calorie Assault Bike or 12/10 Calorie Row

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

8 Med ball Situps
12/10 Calorie Row or 10/8 Calorie Assault Bike
For 2nd AMRAP, start at top for two sets for total reps
