Mobility WOD

B: Mobility & Recovery (1-1-1)

Spend a good 10 minutes working on mobility and recovery

C: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

“Four Leaf Clover”

Complete 3 rounds of the following for reps (30 Minutes)

2 minutes of Burpees to 6″ target

2 minutes of Sit Ups

2 minutes of Hand Release Push Ups

2 minutes of KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

2 minutes of rest
