Spend 15 minutes stretching, rolling, banding, and preparing to WOD.

B.: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2-

25 min AMRAP

Partner A- 400m run

Partner B- AMRAP of:

– 10 Push Press (95/65)

– 5 TTB

– 10 OHL (25/15)

*When Partner A returns, switch. Partner B picks up where their partner left off.

*When Partner B returns: Rest 2 min.

Then:

Partner A- 400m run

Partner B- AMRAP of:

– 10 KBS (53/35)

– 5 Push Ups

– 10 Air Squats

*switch; Rest 2 min

Then:

Partner A- 400m run

Partner B- AMRAP of:

– 20 Dubs

– 10 sit-ups

– 5 Pull ups

*switch; Rest 2 min

*Go back to top of workout with time remaining.
