Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
5 Clean and Jerk (155/105 lbs)
6 Bar over double hop burpees
19 Toes to Bar*
97 Flutter Kicks
* Minutes 0:00-10:00 will be 19 toes to bar
* Minutes 10:01-20:00 will be 19 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
* Minutes 20:01 to 30:00 will be 19 Single DB Snatch (50/35 lbs)

Ken Nguyen was born on May 6th,1993 and unfortunately tragically ended too soon on August 10th 2023. Ken was a kind-hearted and humble individual who inspired those around him with his unwavering kindness and passion.
He believed that music had the power to transcend boundaries and bring people together, and he strived to create a sense of unity through his own creations.
While his untimely departure left a void in the hearts of those who knew him, Ken’s memory lives on. His friends and family continue to celebrate his life and talent, ensuring that his memory will never be forgotten.

At the completion of the 2 minute rest from Part B, Athletes will complete the following:
