A: Warm-up Option (No Measure)
Use this time to follow a coach led warmup or athletes choice.
Custom Metcon
B: Metcon (5 Rounds for time)
Every 7 minutes, for 35 minutes (5 sets), complete a 600M Run. Record the time for each set.
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
4 Hand release Pushups
4 Air Squats
