Partner Workout:
1 partner holds an Easter Egg (14/10# med ball) while the other works.
14 Rounds for time:
4 pull-ups
6 sit-ups
8 H.R. push-ups
10 bunny hops (24/20” box jumps)
Run 100 m together
* In Rounds 3, 7 and 9, teams drop the Easter Egg and the sit-ups are sit-up to stand-ups
* If the Easter Egg is dropped at any other time, team must perform a 10 burpee penalty each.
