Spend 15 minutes stretching, rolling, banding, and preparing to WOD.

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

in teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 34 minutes of;

200m lunges

20 burpee pull ups

300m row (each athlete)

30 atomic sit ups (45/25)

400m run (each athlete)

40 air squats bear hug plate(45/25)

500m AB (24 cals)

50 hand release push ups

*one athlete working at a time with the exception of the run, which can be done together
