100 Sit Ups
200 M Partner sandbag or boxing bag Carry
80 Pull-Ups
100 Meter Broad Jumps
50 B.W. Dead-Lift (or 185# whatever is lighter)
100 Medicine Ball squat cleans
50 Burpees
30 Turkish Get-Ups (35/15)
100 Thrusters (45/35 can use DB also)
400 Meter plate Carry (45/25)
Yes, this is going to be hard, but let’s remember who we are honoring on this day…the countless men and women who have served our country and made huge sacrifices to preserve our freedoms we often take for granted. The least we can do is sacrifice our bodies for one hour in their honor!!!
